How do I pay the Earnest Money Deposit?

It is payable by cashier's check, credit card or money transfer and must be received within 48 hours. The remaining balance can be paid by personal check or by cash. You will be provided with a receipt upon auction closing showing that the escrow/closing agent received your Earnest Money Deposit. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
